Please note that ToR was updated 18.02.2026 with the following: "N.B. Only the legal entity holding ownership of the premises may enter into a lease agreement with IOM. Real estate agencies may submit offers solely on behalf of the owner and must provide complete and valid ownership documentation as part of their application."

International Organisation for Migration (IOM) kindly requests your quotation for the provision of goods, works and/or services as detailed in Terms of Reference and this RFQ.

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using "Quotation Submission Form and Technical and Financial Offer", by the method and by the date and time indicated. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
