The Resident Coordinator Office (RCO) supports the UN Resident Coordinator in Moldova in leading and coordinating the UN Country Team to ensure coherent, effective, and aligned UN support to national development priorities and the 2030 Agenda.
To enhance transparency and coordination, RCO Moldova uses public-facing dashboards that provide an overview of the UN Country Team’s contributions to the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Moldova and provides quick and easy access to the key data from the UN Common Country Analysis (CCA) for Moldova.
Powered by data from the National Statistics Office, the CCA dashboard features information from the UN Common Country Analysis conducted collectively by the resident and non-resident UN agencies, focusing on the country general data, gender profile and data covering selected vulnerable population groups.
Designed to be user-friendly and visually accessible, the dashboard offers a clear summary of key findings of the CCA analysis. Besides serving as quick and easy access to key country data, it also facilitates evidence-based dialogue, and serves as a valuable resource for the public, government partners, and development stakeholders.
Context The UN Day, celebrated on October 24, 2025, marks the 80th anniversary of the United Nations. The social media campaign will be raising awareness on the core principles, values and functions of the UN globally with a focus on the Republic of Moldova. The campaign will be conducted online through the social media platforms of UN agencies in Moldova. This year the UN marks 80 years since its foundation and 33 years since Moldova accession to the UN.
