SALAR International is searching for a Communication Officer for the project Local Public Administration, Citizen Engagement (PACE Local) in Moldova.

The Communication Officer is responsible for implementation of the project’s communications plan and produce communications products for the various target groups. The Communication Officer will play an important role in establishing the project from the start, including helping to set-up the project´s operations in Moldova. The consultant will work closely with and report to the project management team in Sweden and in Moldova. During the establishment phase, the team set up, including roles and division of responsibilities will be further discussed and defined.

Location and Duration The Expert shall be based at the SALAR International office in Chisinau, Moldova.

The assignment is for 12 months, from June 2025 (depending on funding being approved by the donor). Extension for the remaining period of the project (until December 2028) shall be agreed with the Project Manager on an annual basis.
