UN Women is seeking a National communications consultant. The consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic communication plan to promote the work and visibility of the National Council for Economic Empowerment and Gender Equality, AFAM, and the Economic Council. This support will be fully aligned with UN Women’s strategic priorities and its mandate to promote gender equality, women’s economic empowerment, and inclusive economic governance. The consultant’s work will contribute directly to the implementation of national policy commitments, such as the Programme for Promoting and Ensuring Equality between Women and Men in the Republic of Moldova for the years 2023-2027, as well as UN Women’s programmatic interventions targeting equal pay, access to finance, business support, enabling infrastructure, and support to women entrepreneurs under ongoing flagship initiatives.
