UNICEF Moldova is hiring a Programme Officer, NO-B (TA) to support the implementation of the “Strengthening Moldova’s education system for the most disadvantaged children” programme. The incumbent of the post will provide professional technical assistance and support for programme planning and implementation, management and evaluation of programme/project activities, data analysis and progress reporting, in support of programme goals and objectives.
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have Minimum requirements: Education: A university degree in one of the following fields: Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or another relevant technical field. Work Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant professional work experience. Language Requirements: Fluency in Romanian and working knowledge of English. Desirables: Experience in managing programmes in education and/or EU-funded programmes. Experience working in a developing country. Background/familiarity with emergency. Knowledge of Russian or another official UN language.
