The Innovate Moldova Programme is funded by Sweden and implemented by the Foundation for Advancement of Moldova. It aims to strengthen Moldova’s innovation ecosystem, enhance business resilience, and accelerate the country’s transition to a knowledge-based economy.

The Programme supports workforce development, EU market integration, and increased competitiveness in key growth sectors: Information and Communication Technology (ICT), the digital economy, the startup ecosystem, the creative industries, and light manufacturing.

As part of project activities, Innovate Moldova supports the development of the GreenTech Hub within the Technical University of Moldova. The requested equipment will serve as an endowment for the GreenTech Hub Laboratory, enabling it to function as Moldova’s flagship center for climate-smart technology and sustainable innovation.

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for purchase of technical equipment for the GreenTech Hub Laboratory located at 41 Dacia Street Chisinau, Moldova.

Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 15.00 local Chisinau time on September 12, 2025, by email to procurement@innovate.md. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted. Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 12.00 local Chisinau time on September 22, 2025, by email at procurement@innovate.md. Please reference the RFQ number in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of FAM.

Evaluation and Award: The award will be made to a responsible offeror whose offer follows the RFQ instructions, meets the eligibility requirements, meets or exceeds the minimum required technical specifications, and is judged to be the best value based on a lowest-price, technically acceptable basis. While preference will be given to offerors who can address the full technical requirements of this RFQ, FAM may issue a partial award or split the award among various suppliers, if in the best interest of the Innovate Moldova Program.
