UNICEF Moldova invites interested qualified companies to submit their offers for:
Translation from English to Romanian, Printing and Delivery of the Educational Book "Building Blocks for Teaching Young Children in Inclusive Settings"
Purpose of the institutional consultancy To engage a qualified local publishing house to:
- Acquire translation and publishing rights from Brookes Publishing for the book "Building Blocks for Teaching Preschoolers with Special Needs" *
- Coordinate the professional translation of the complete work from English to Romanian
- Produce 1,500 high-quality printed copies in accordance with specified technical requirements
- Deliver the copies to a designated central warehouse facility.
- Produce a limited electronic version for capacity building purposes.
Submission deadline: 18.01.2026, 23:59 EET.

- The rights holder (Brookes Publishing) has agreed to grant translation and publishing rights only under UNICEF’s coordination through a special agreement. Any attempt by bidders to secure exclusive rights or negotiate directly with Brookes Publishing outside this process will result in immediate disqualification.
