TOR for catering services No. 15092026 from 15.09.2026

The Association of Electronics Companies in Moldova is looking for a company or a consortium of companies to provide catering services during the „Moldova Electronics Forum 2026” For the detailed ToR, please address a message to the e-mail: info@acem.md , showing the tender number in the message title.

The objective of the assignment is to provide catering services during the „Moldova Electronics Forum 2026” and serve meals according to hours and menu agreed with the project representative. The event will take place at Tekwill, Chisinau, Studentilor street, 9/11, on October 1, 2026.

The tender is open to private companies, public institutions, non-government organizations, professional associations, or consortia, resident in the Republic of Moldova, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. For a consortium, a cooperation agreement should be included in the technical offer.

Proposal content The proposal package will comprise the following documents in Romanian or English: Part 1: Technical offer (the menu) and Financial offer

The Technical and Financial offers must be submitted to the indicated email address in one email. One file shall include “Technical Offer and Financial Offer” and file name shall be signed as (Name of Company / Offer).

Financial offer, detailed budget expressed in Moldovan Lei, VAT 0 Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.

Instructions Proposals must be written in English or Romanian. Applications shall be sent to info@acem.md email, showing the ToR number (15092026) and subject on it: „Catering services for the Moldova Electronics Forum - Company Name”, to the address of ACEM (info@acem.md) not later than September 21, 2026, 15:00 GMT+2. Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered.
